The Virginia Kitchen opens for one day, and one day only, once a month inside Mahi Mah's Seafood Restaurant. Make reservations and come celebrate Virginia Eats + Drinks through a succinct, seasonal menu of carefully curated appetizers, entrees, desserts, beer, cocktails and wine.
Virginia Eats + Drinks publisher, Chef Patrick Evans-Hylton, works with the culinary team at Mahi Mah's to source fresh, local ingredients and craft them into an evening showcasing Virginia's finest from land and from sea.
